Cathy Dew and Sally Dew, Isys first incorporated in
August of 1995. Back then, the company consisted of a few computers
crammed in an one-room office. Since that time, Isys has grown steadily
and strategically into one of today's most respected and successful
interactive design firms in the Oakland business community. |

| During 1999, |

Isys experienced significant growth and doubled in size. In
August, as part of that growth, we added our technical department,
headed by founding partner Terry Brandt. Incorporating strategic
management and internet software technologies allows Isys to extend
our product offering. |
