Dreyer's
(Edy's) Grand Ice Cream is the leading manufacturer, marketer,
and distributor of premium ice cream in the United States
and their internet presence is integral to their business
strategy today. With more than 120,000 consumers in their
online database, meaningful communication is critical to their
number one goal: building brand loyalty.
Since
1998, Isys has performed as the online component of an aggressive
marketing department, handling as many as eight online promotions
each year. 1999 promotions included mega-promotions for NFL's
Peanut Butter Blitz, Wild Wild West Sundae, the
Flavor of California, Mia Hamm Soccer Sweepstakes, Jeff Gordon
Fantasy Flavor, Toy Story 2, Girl Scouts, and Dreyer's Presents
M&M/Mars Ice Cream.
In addition
to product promotions, we designed and built an e-commerce
system for online transactions and launched their first-ever
"Selling Ice Cream on the Internet" Gift Certificate program.
We handle ongoing web site maintenance and support, including
semiweekly updates. And recently, we launched the Flavor Finder®,
an online data-driven tool that allows visitors to find exactly
where their favorite ice cream flavor has been delivered within
the past five days.

When Dreyer's
teamed up with M&M/Mars to produce and market a new line of
tempting ice cream flavors, Isys developed a website that incorporates
M&M/Mars branding into the design while maintaining the Dreyer's
presence. The popular M&M's characters "Red" and "Yellow" serve
as charming hosts on the site, which offers custom-built games
and screensavers. We also integrated e-commerce solutions to
fuel the site's online store, where visitors can purchase "Dreyer's
Presents M&M's…" products including bowls, aprons, gift certificates,
and more. |
