The Asia Foundation is a nonprofit, nongovernmental organization that works to promote shared prosperity between the United States and Asia Pacific regions. With a network of 15 offices in both regions and a vast conglomeration of programs and publications, the Asia Foundation wanted to establish an Internet presence in order to reach a wider audience, thus raising support for its cause.

Isys developed and designed the first Asia Foundation website in 1998 and redesigned the site in late 1999, after the organization's agenda had evolved. It serves the important function of facilitating the networking process and, ultimately, the search for funding from nongovernmental organizations, corporations, and individuals in the U.S. and Asia.

The Asia Foundation had an incredible amount of content to organize and offer to the Internet audience. Isys took special care in understanding and catering to this client's goals, giving certain sections prominence in the navigation, as well as making the same information accessible in various ways. The color scheme seamlessly creates a sense of locale for the visitor, who can access every section from any page. Utilizing simple design conventions, this website is successful in delivering the Asia Foundation's message to the masses.
